Elise Kiser – Customer Relations Representative

Elise Kiser is the customer relations representative for Home Town Mortgage. Elise has experience with customer service in all fields of business. She strives to ensure customers questions and concerns are answered in a timely manner. Although she isn’t a loan officer she does have a vast knowledge of all loan programs. If at anytime a customer has a question about loan programs Elise is there to help. She works closely with our loan officers on a day to day level. Elise understands that if the customers aren’t happy then Home Town Mortgage has not full filled it’s promise to their customers.

Tristyn Ingram – HomePath Coordinator

My name is Tristyn Ingram and I work at Home Town Mortgage Services, Inc. as a credit consultant. My job here is to work on people’s credit and build new credit to get our client’s credit scores where they need to be so they can either purchase a home or refinance their existing home loan.

The minimum credit scores required to obtain a mortgage loan have steadily risen over the years; so it is imperative to have the best scores possible. A brief description of what my job entails would be that I review our client’s credit report and decide what actions need to be taken to raise their scores, and then I go over each step with them as far as what to expect from this process. I am always very eager to work with each client that may need my assistance in fixing or building their credit.
