Elise Kiser – Customer Service Representative

Elise Kiser is the customer relations representative for Home Town Mortgage. Elise has experience with customer service in all fields of business. She strives to ensure customers questions and concerns are answered in a timely manner. Although she isn’t a loan officer she does have a vast knowledge of all loan programs. If at anytime a customer has a question about loan programs Elise is there to help. She works closely with our loan officers on a day to day level. Elise understands that if the customers aren’t happy then Home Town Mortgage has not full filled it’s promise to their customers.
Elise is also a big part of the marketing team. She is consistently looking at ways to make sure our loan officers are known through out Mobile County and Baldwin County.
